I understand that FHR makes every endeavour to provide a safe and secure working environment for all vollunteers and FHR will not ask any volunteer to perform tasks beyond the competency of the volunteer, or without the appropriate training and supervision. However, every volunteer must take care for their own saftey and the well-being and safety of other people and dogs around them. Volunteers should not undertake tasks for which they do not feel competent or work in situations with FHR where they do not believe their own saftey is assured. Volunteers must act in a reasonable and saftey-conscious way at all times and at all times be aware of the safety and well-being of any animal in their care.
I understand that all information I have provided is correct at the date of signature. I understand that based on which volunteer position I am in, that there is a required minimum of day a month that I must commit to the volunteer position.
