Dog / Puppy Adoption Application
Please fill out and submit the adoption application below to set up a time to meet with an adoptive dog. It is very important to our rescue to assure each dog receives the best possible home for the rest of their lives. For this reason, we ask you to carefully consider this application and the commitment you are making when adopting. Many of our dogs have seen some of the worst mankind has to offer and we want them to receive love and respect for the rest of their lives.
Adoption fees range from $500.00 – $1000.00 depending on age, medical needs and origin of dog.
Please Note: During the weeks we have an weekend adoption event, applications are only reviewed until Midnight Wednesday before the event, any applications received after that, will be reviewed after our adoption event starting Sunday at 9am.
Please be patient when waiting for a reply on your application and please watch your junk mail folder for email responses from the rescue volunteers.
Please Note:
Upon adoption, you will be required to sign an adoption contract. This contract is binding and failing to comply could result in the contract being voided. At this time adopters are required to pay the adoption fee in full.
We do not hold dogs or board dogs – the adopter must be willing to commit to the animal at time of adoption and arrange pick up within 24hrs.
Adoption fees are non negotiable as they cover costs involved in preparing animals for adoption, and if in the case of the dog being returned no refund will be issued by the rescue.
