It's Fido Friday! Today we are getting an update on Lindy.

"It's been such an amazing experience watching her grow. She was very shy and nervous in the beginning, but over the last six months her personality has really started to shine through. Even though she's still a little sensitive to sudden movements and touch, we've been working with her every day to help her build confidence and she's doing do well.
Lindy has become such a cuddle bug and loves resting her head on our laps. She's also absolutely obsessed with her toys, and our friends and family have completely spoiled her with new ones to play with. She loves the winter weater too. Watching her hop and jump through snow piles like a little bunny brings us so much joy!
Lindy's also quite the social butterfly. She makes so many dog friends and gets along incredibly well with every dog she meets.
Thank you all again for helping us find her."

"The adoption was seamless. The moment we met Simon we were in love! His tongue was always hanging out and still does to this day. We were informed about Clover through a friend, who adopted his brother Theodore. The puppies see each other for playdates frequently. Clover has been the perfect addition to our family.
My daughters adore him, unless he's nipping at their heels, which is happening less frequently. Clover is house trained and using his dog run. He has been a cute, loveable family companion.
It was a great adoption process. Big shout out to the foster mom! She was very nice and easy to work and communicate with.
Final note: Clover was 1 of 3 brothers, Alvin (now Loki) being the oldest. We have gotten them all together for a playdate. Picture attached."

But there’s one thing standing in the way…

We need foster homes. 💔

In order for Fur-Ever Homes Rescue to take these dogs into our rescue, we need loving foster families ready to open their homes and give them a safe harbour while we work to find their fur-ever families.

And this is where YOU can make an incredible difference. ❤️

When you become a foster, you become a hero. A life-saver. A second chance. A saver of souls. 🐾

We provide:

🐾 Collar, harness & leash

Don’t let the name fool you—Snoopy is anything but a Snoopy no-sniff!

At 7 years old, this Boxer mix is looking for a retirement home where she can finally let her guard down. 🐾

The good stuff: Snoopy loves "Go Walkies" (she’ll push past the other dogs to be first out the door!), stealing gardening gloves (sorry, roses!), and being brushed until she shines. She’s a loyal shadow who just wants to be near you—whether you’re gardening (she’ll watch from her hidey-hole) or relaxing indoors.

The honest stuff: Snoopy is cautious. Meeting new people is scary for her, and it takes patience to earn her trust. She’s looking for a quiet home with humans who are home often to help her confidence grow. She walks beautifully on a leash and has lived with dogs of all sizes—she’s even cool with cats! If she has a doggy pal, she might be okay with you leaving for a bit, but she prefers your company.

The progress: When she first arrived, she wouldn't even leave the yard. Now? She’s exploring sidewalks and pathways like a champ! She’s a bit creaky (motion is lotion for this senior lady), but she’s still eager to strut her stuff.

We are looking for someone to spoil this lovely senior with love, treats, and outdoor time. Could that be you? Let us know! 🏡❤️
