This program is intended for low income families or seniors unable to afford spay/neuter surgery for their personal pet/s. Not all applicants will be approved and availability is based on the rescues reserve funds.

Whats included:

Pre-surgical exam, Spay/Neuter surgery, pain medication. We do not cover the cost of any additional services like blood work, e-collars, vaccines, etc.

Requirements:

Applicants may be required to provide proof of income. Upon approval the applicant is required to drop their pet off at our vet clinic which is located in SW Calgary before 9:00 a.m. and pick up before 5:00 p.m. on the date the appointment is booked.

If you are selected for this program and miss your appointment, there will not be an opportunity to re-apply or re-schedule.
