In the case of dogs or cats that cannot be spayed/neutered for medical reasons or puppies who are under the age of 3 months, you are being asked to sign a spay/neuter waiver form. Failure to spay/neuter will result in the adoption being voided and animal must be returned to the rescue immediately. 
The adoption will not be considered finalized until all terms of the adoption contract is fulfilled.
